- Please ensure animals are secured away from the work areas. - Please ensure all AC indoor units have free access underneath for a ladder. - Outdoor units situated on roofs without safe access, according to 'working at heights' regulations, may not be serviced. - Commercial appointments cancelled, postponed or delayed with less than 24 hours notice prior to time booked, will attract a cancellation fee equal to the arrival and set up fee = $170 - $285.
